The beans for this drinking chocolate are sourced from the Zorzal Riserva bird sanctuary, and farms in the surrounding area of this northern mountain range in the Dominican Republic.

Mike Davies started out in coffee, but fell down the rabbit hole of bean-to-bar chocolate making and never looked back. Crow & Moss was started in his basement with a motley assortment of re-purposed equipment (including his wife's hair dryer). As his obsession grew, so did the necessary space. Now housed in a 2000 sq ft. "factory" in Petosky, MI, Crow & Moss is bringing unusual origins to chocolate lovers throughout the midwest
