Mike Davies started out in coffee, but fell down the rabbit hole of bean-to-bar chocolate making and never looked back. Crow & Moss was started in his basement with a motley assortment of re-purposed equipment (including his wife's hair dryer). As his obsession grew, so did the necessary space.
