Single origin "Nacional" beans from the Camino Verde estate in Ecuador's remote Guayas River floodplain.  This pocket of old cacao trees has a high percentage of white beans, resulting in chocolate that lacks Forastero's characteristic bitterness. Notes of roasted nuts, spice and the earth.
