The family’s Coralina Plantation has been sustainably farmed for over 100 years and features Criollo strains whose genetics date back to the trees Christopher Columbus brought to the island. Bars are hand-crafted in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn where they also produce small-batch liqueurs
